OVERVIEW



Basic Information

The National Office of Security Enforcement is a division within the Liberty City Police Department which enforces the law even in the most dangerous situations, using its special trainings and equipment in order to eliminate the threats to citizens of Liberty City.

The National Office of Security Enforcement consists of two subdivisions:

N.O.O.S.E. - TRU: Tactical Response Unit.

A team of highly skilled and trained operatives to deal with domestic terrorism, hostage situations, robberies, high-speed chases and in general all high risk operations.
                              N.O.O.S.E. - CIU: Crime Investigation Unit.

A unit focused on gathering intelligence, performing investigations and interrogations as well as stopping the drug traffic across the city.

N.O.O.S.E. Tactical Response Unit operatives appear as tactical teams with heavy equipment, weaponry and vehicles.

It is called to assist the Liberty City Police Department or Federal Bureau of Investigation of Liberty City when the suspect is using a heavy vehicle, is very dangerous, if the chase took a long time or / and if it is impossible to cut their road. N.O.O.S.E. Crime Investigation Unit operatives are usually working undercover, using civilian clothes, suits, and regular civilian vehicles and try to avoid crimes within the deepest secret. It works closely with the Tactical Reponse Unit for support.

In order to join the National Office of Security Enforcement, you are required to have an Skype account. This way we can communicate faster and call for backup and have our reaction time faster.



Structure and Responsibilities


N.O.O.S.E. Commander

The N.O.O.S.E Commander is the leader of the National Office of Security Enforcement, and oversees the department. They also help with decisions made by their divisions staff. The Commander is deemed to be the most skillful of N.O.O.S.E. Operatives and the LCPD. They must master tactics as well as weapons and vehicles usage. They are not necessarily members of the LCPD Command Staff, however such situations are rather rare.

The N.O.O.S.E. Commander is the head-command of the National Office of Security Enforcement.




N.O.O.S.E. Secretary

The N.O.O.S.E Secretary is the Assistant for the N.O.O.S.E Commander of the National Office of Security Enforcement, and supervises the department. They also listen and consider plans to give advice or address plans to the N.O.O.S.E Commander. Will be communicating along side the T.R.U and C.I.U Divisions and Cross Departments with the LCPD and F.B.I. The Secretary is deemed to be the most skillful of N.O.O.S.E. Operatives who are encountered and long served the department along with expertise and skills.

The N.O.O.S.E. Secretary is the Supervisor of the National Office of Security Enforcement.





Tactical Response Unit
(T.R.U.)





TRU Commander
The Tactical Response Unit Commander is in charge of the sub-division. The TRU Commander has full rights of commanding the sub-division. Commander(s) are chosen by the National Office of Security Enforcment Commander after showing that they are capable of leading a whole team.





TRU Lieutenant
Tactical Response Unit Lieutenants are second in command and TRU Operatives who've shown great skills and leadership material in the field. They provide guidance to the Sergeants and Operatives. Lieutenants work closely with the Commander.





TRU Sergeant
Tactical Response Unit Sergeants are TRU Operatives who've shown great skills and leadership material in the field. They provide guidance to the Operatives and they work closely with the Commander and Lieutenant.





TRU Operative
Operatives are the Tactical Response Units' main workforce. They work closely with each other and under the command of the Commander, Lieutenant and Sergeants. They are invited to join the team, after or without posting an application for the team.
                                                                                                   


Crime Investigation Unit
(C.I.U.)





CIU Inspector
A Crime Investigation Unit Inspector is in charge of the sub-division. The CIU Inspector has the full rights of commanding the sub-division. Inspector(s) are chosen by the National Office of Security Enforcment Commander after showing that they are capable of leading a whole team.





CIU Senior Detective
Crime Investigation Unit Senior Detectives are the CIU detectives who've showed great skills in the field and lead the rookie and the regular operatives. The CIU Senior Detective is the second in-charge of the sub-division.





CIU Detective
Crime Investigation Unit Detectives are the carefully chosen from the LCPD and/or accepted after passing a test by the CIU Command staff. The CIU detectives are supposed to work in the field and gather information with the UC-function that they have.



                                                                                                                       




N.O.O.S.E. Cadet
The National Office of Security Enforcement Cadets are the members who were invited to the N.O.O.S.E. team, who have been accepted in the team after filling an application, or have forwarded a Letter of Interest (LCPD Officers+ only). The N.O.O.S.E. Cadets do not have any role or duties besides preparing themselves for their entry talk through. After they pass their entry talk through, they will be a general member of N.O.O.S.E. and will be directed to one of the National Office of Security Enforcement's sub-divisions for further training.
