Requesting a right for Gruppe Sechs Security
« on: March 25, 2018, 05:09:03 AM »

FROM: Gruppe Sechs Security Chief Steve McQueen

TO: LCPD Chief of Police Anthony Washington

RIGHT REQUEST

Gruppe Sechs Security come to the LCPD requesting a single specialised permission to increase the quality of our services.

We would like to request the right to remove individuals off a property on our client's request, for instance, a client has an unwanted guest and wants them removed, we feel the need to obtain these rights as we would have a versatility that would allow us to perform our services with a higher quality standard.

*Security guards in rl have the rights to remove individuals from property and we requesting it for rp*

Gruppe Sechs Security will request allowed usage of nightsticks / bats, pepper spray and possibly handcuffs when removing someone from the property.

Handcuffs would be to ensure that they don't resist.

If the situation escalates to the point where the other party threatens to use lethal force, we will immediately open fire, as Judge Mane has allowed us to.

The rights to remove a person from a property or item on our client's request would be versatile and would save LCPD time to attend to more serious matters, whereas without the right, for instance, a robbery may take place and a unit may be helping us with our lower-priority situation.

We thank the Chief of Police for reading our request.

Signed by,

Steve McQueen
Security Chief, Gruppe Sechs Security.

* JackDockz is drunk
* JackDockz lies down on the floor
*guard tells me to leave *
* JackDockz can't get up
*guard takes out a uzi and fires at the drunk guy*
*bullets hit the drunk guy cuz client sync is still not perfect*

Instead of straight out brandishing firearms, try to grab the person and throw him away.
Also, brandish melee weapons like nighsticks or baseball bats since security guards brandish that first.

Even cops cant pull out guns on unarmed suspects, idk if its allowed in Lcpd or not. Sapd its not allowed.

Guards are allowed to remove a person from a property if the property is private. They can't remove him from a public property unless its some important person and that person has permission from the law for it.

Opening fire on a person makes no sense and shouldnt be allowed. you can use physical force to remove a person from a property.

Let me elaborate.

Gruppe Sechs Security will not just shoot a drunk guy. Of course we will politely escort them out.

We will do that with everyone who our client wants out.

We won't straight out brandish a firearm, but we want the right to, if they fail to comply after several warnings, but we will of course use melee combat first.

However, if the melee doesn't work, we want to brandish firearms and fire a single shot if they after multiple times continue refusing to leave.

We will never immediately open fire and murder a civilian.

We would only wound the person, really. Unless they resort to lethal force.

Also, sync is no problem, thanks to T4.

Apparently we have to dial LCPD according to Mane.

So this is basically the right we are requesting.

Reading everything here, from top to bottom should clearly elaborate what we are requesting.

Thank you.

As far as I know - if it's a private property and the person should be removed, you may guide him off the property / remove him. If he refuses, call 911 - it's trespassing.

Everything upto brandishing a gun is ok but firing is not.
You should not fire a gun at an unarmed person or near him. Even cops can't do that.

So we can remove unwanted people / trespassers, but the law said "using weapons to incite fear or harm is prohibited"

So, we request the right to use firearms to remove people from property if they continuously refuse to leave.

Non-lethal force exists. Who uses firearms on an unarmed civilian who refuses to leave a building? That is literally murder. Hire strong, huge body guards and drag him out, use melee weapons such as bats, nitesticks or such, use pepper spray, etc. Firearms should be your last resort, to be used only if someone's life is in danger.

That's a good idea! However, it would be counted as assault if I whacked him with a cricket bat or a nightstick.

I could use pepper spray, and bats, but IDK if it is against the law as that'd be counted as assault.

So, I request the right to use pepper spray and bats / nightsticks to remove a person off our property.

Also, when you said bodyguards, that is basically us

Gruppe Sechs Security will request allowed usage of nightsticks / bats, pepper spray and possibly handcuffs when removing someone from the property.

Handcuffs would be to ensure that they don't resist.

And shooting them is attempted murder which can lead to actual murder. So yes, better request permission for that rather than to be allowed to shoot people for not complying.

If it's a private property, you can do whatever you want (as long as you do not harm) to take someone off the property because it's the owner's right to request him to leave. Non lethal force for security of the said property should be allowed and does not need no LCPD allowing it..

As for the lethal, your company is a security one and should request usage of guns to defend the people of the property against armed subjects and not unarmed ones. Always use the 911 hotline to report in anything suspicious happening and I'm sure the department officers will help out!

If it's a public property.. then it'd not be reasonable to request someone to leave, as it's obviously public. If you want it to be temporarily for your access, request from court with a reasonable case ;)

What I mean to request is, that we may use nightsticks / bats, pepper spray and handcuffs in the event we deem them necessary, so we can take the person out of the property.

You can do that without actual permission as long as you are inside a private property and someone is trespassing.

But to brandishing nd firing of guns, NO

Yeah, but I don't want to be charged with assault.

Hence why I'm asking for permission so I don't get charged for doing my job.

As pointed out using weapons on a private property on an unarmed civilian is counted as murder and will be dealt with by the LCPD. You are always able to call 911 and remove the man using force, as you are a security group. 911 can be called later on to ask the LCPD to remove the person and take him into custody.
