Max, it's really good to see that you are taking an active role in the recruitment side of the VCPD.

However, please avoid being too aggressive/unfriendly towards applicants and/or newcomers, as this can be very negative in some cases.

You are welcome to ask applicants questions, encourage them, make suggestions, but it's not an interrogation.
If someone's posted a clear false statement, we can simply ignore it or reply in a polite manner.

[Huntsman]

Well, ok, i was just trying to be a little bit harsh to see what kind of reaction they give, so we can find out how they respond to a provocation.

[Huntsman]

Hello, i wish to inform you that i would really need a shooting training.

When it comes to chasing i can do some serious damage, but when it comes to shooting im more than useless... I know all these tactics but i dont know how to apply them, i always don't do any damage and criminals always kill me ;s. Perhaps i should try to train in DM servers more.

[Verz]

Perhaps the issue is kinda big ping difference?

[Huntsman]

Perhaps the issue is kinda big ping difference?

Maybe because i have like 75 ping while they have over 150?

[Huntsman]

Just to inform you im getting a surprising amount of votes in the VCMP Awards section called "Most collaborative officer" :O . That was unexpected.

PROMOTED

Rank: VCPD Officer (VC:MP)

Over the course of your recruitment, we have been able to closely monitor your progress and approach to the police role.
There have been both the positives and negatives, the ups and downs, but I believe that you are now ready to advance to the main body of the VCPD.

Through the Academy stages, I was impressed by your ability to work alongside others, and this along with other practical skills, you have been able to improve on. Your general awareness of the role has also been good, and I am sure that you will be able to expand your knowledge as a full member of the department.

Ensure you bear those points I mentioned in your mind, and I wish you a great career with us!

Congratulations and welcome to the Vice City Police Department!
