Fail or Success??

Is this a fail because we flipped an innocent civilian destroying his vehicle or a success because we cought that suspect? mmm dunno  :lol:

It is a success because you caught the suspect.
It is a fail because you endangered civilian lives.

So it's kinda difficult to decide.. :leroy:
